Apollo Aero believes in providing superior customer service, which is why we send your order to one of our Customer Service Specialists prior to your purchase. When we receive your order, a Customer Service Specialist will contact you via email or telephone to review your purchase and confirm your shipping address, and any customization options you may have selected. Only when we know that you order is right will we request payment, and once payment is processed, we will prepare your carbon fiber components for shipping. When your order ships, you will receive notification via email that includes a tracking number.
HOW TO ORDER APOLLO AERO CARBON FIBER COMPONENTS
Once you have visited the products page for your vehicle and selected the Apollo Aero products you want to purchase, and select any of our available customization options (such as custom finish, tinted carbon fiber or custom paint), click the “ADD TO QUOTE” button and the product will be added to the shopping cart.
When you have selected the products that you want to purchase, click on the cart button at the top right of our website. On this page, you will be able to review the items you have selected for accuracy, and will be able to enter your information, including your shipping address so that we can provide you with an accurate shipping quote when one of our Customer Service Specialists contacts you. When you have completed entering your information, click on the “SUBMIT MY ORDER TO APOLLO” button below the total estimated price. We will contact you when we receive your order to review it, before we prepare it for shipment.
